This notice explains what Koniku Corporation collects through koniku.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to office@koniku.com.
Who We Are

What We Collect
- Developer community sign-up: your name, email address, country of residence, where you are with a company, what you would build, whether you would join a hands-on session in the US, and your consent.
- Safety, Security, Intelligence and Defence enquiries: your name, organization, work email and your message.
- With each form: the time you sent it, the country your connection comes from, and your browser type, which help us spot spam.
The page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and it plays videos through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play. Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that looks at signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.
Why We Use It
- To run the developer community: inviting you as access opens, planning online and in-person sessions, and writing to you about the program.
- To reply to enquiries and arrange tests.
- To meet US export control and sanctions rules, which decide who can receive access to our technology.
For people in the EU and UK, we rely on your consent for the developer community, and on our legitimate interest in answering your message for enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where It Is Kept and Who Sees It
Your answers are stored in a database run by Cloudflare in the United States. Koniku staff who run the developer program and handle enquiries can see them, along with the service providers that host the site and send our email. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How Long We Keep It
We keep sign-up details while the developer program runs, or until you ask us to delete them. We keep enquiries as long as we need them to respond and to keep business records.
Your Choices
Email office@koniku.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to leave the developer community. Every program email will also let you unsubscribe. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
